Caterwauler

Copper is our "caterwauler".  She doesn't just talk to you in a quiet calm voice. No, she does it in a loud and forceful manner.  We keep telling her she doesn't need to scream at us to get our attention, but she won't listen.  Like our little girl, this coffee will make you sit up and notice. 

It is an Ethiopian brew that has a light to medium roast and with flavor characters of citrus, floral and blueberry.  It is a great coffee for espresso.
